Thank you Members of the Appellate Court

A hearty thanks goes out to all of those who have taken the time to review the case presented to you and have rendered their understanding of the case laws in the events presented. Your efforts, while not appreciated by the person requesting appeal, are appreciated!

Last night, while searching through various bibles I own, a friend and I came across the following which I had printed onto a book mark. I’m not sure of its origins as I simply copied it from an e-mail thingy. Anyhow, after carefully researching the validity of one of the statements below (Isaiah preached naked, its in Isaiah 20) she requested I e-mail her the following. I thought that since I had to type it in it would be simple enough to blog it so that I’ll never loose it 😉 . Hope you enjoy!

The next time you think God can’t use you… Remember this:

Noah was a drunk…
Abraham was too old…
Isaac was a daydreamer…
Jacob was a liar…
Leah was ugly…
Joseph was abused…
Moses had a stuttering problem…
Gideon was afraid…
Samson had long hair and was a womanizer…
Rahab was a prostitute…
Jeremiah and Timothy were too young…
David had an affair and was a murderer…
Elijah was suicidal…
Isaiah preached naked…
Jonah ran from God…
Naomi was a widow…
Job went bankrupt…
Peter denied Christ…
The Disciples fell asleep while praying…
Martha worried about everything…
The Samaritan woman was divorced, more than once…
Zaccheus was too small…
Paul was too religious…
Timothy had an ulcer…
AND
Lazarus was dead.

    I’m glad that went well.

Thanks for posting that list. I too have had it come to me via email and it is always encouraging to know that God uses the ordinary and makes them extraordinary.
