No one listed as the author of this recipe. It might be a tweaked version that I felt was different enough to not list the “creator.” Either way, its been a while since I’ve made this but I distinctly remember enjoying it often!
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 sliced banana
1 cup fresh peaches
1 cup apple wedges
1 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
1 1/2 cup ice cubes
1/2 cup cold milk
You will have to likely blend this down in stages, or else you’ll run out of room! I’d suggest staring with your milk and ice cubes. If things get too full, you can then easily pour some of the ingredients into a bowl and mix by hand at the end with the last blended ingredients.
Note: When I was doing the GI Diet I often made this omitting the ice cream!
