Best Rice Pudding:

from the Dairy Farmers of Ontario

Ingredients and Measurements:

1/3 cup Arborio Rice
2 cups milk
3 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp butter
lemon rind (optional but good)

Combine the above and place in 2 quart oven safe dish. Place in oven at 250 degrees for 2 hours. Stir occasionally if you wish. I often place into a crock pot.

Sprinkle over 1 tsp of cinnamon and serve. (note: this is their way, but I just dump it in with the rice in the beginning. It is kind of funky looking but smells oh so awesome cooking and tastes great!)
