This is a picture of the Living area of the house. I believe you can click on the various pictures to be taken to a bigger picture. I am standing in the far corner of the room on the dining room side of the room. The white door that you can see leads to the porch. It is an enclosed porch that will likely be our entry way
This is the opposite side of the room. In the picture is my mother, in the red coat, and Nancy, the current owner. The door you see them standing by leads to the kitchen. Bedrooms 1 & 2 are off this room that you are looking at. Bedroom 3 is off the kitchen via a small hallway. That will likely be the classroom for now. We’ll likely put the kids on a bunk bed in bedroom 2.
The bathroom is off the kitchen and the door is next to the fridge. It is a simple bathroom. There is another entry to the house that would be right beside the counter on the most left of the picture. I have a picture of the garage that shows this window from the outside of the house.
Standing in the doorway of the bedroom off the living area. The window is actually inside the house now, as they finished off the porch. So the window opens onto the porch.
Here is the Master bedroom from the other direction. I don’t know if you have noticed, but the ceilings are 10 feet tall through out the house. Other than the basement area! 😀
This bedroom is likely where the Children will sleep on bunk beds. You can see a “hallway” in the picture which leads directly into the last bedroom. This bedroom doesn’t have closets. But it is next to the master bedroom. So because Daddy sleeps during the day, this won’t do for a classroom. So it is our thought that the children can sleep on bunk beds in this room. I might put some of their toys in here. We don’t actually have many toys! Then we will likely put the classroom in the last bedroom. The last room has a skylight and is very pleasant.
So to the left of the picture is the hallway. The one with the trapdoor.
So there is the trap door!
On to the garage!
The yard as you go through the narrow gap:
Taken standing on the porch watching the DC:
And there you have the tour! I spared you the bathroom 😀 It is like, well most other such rooms!
Tomorrow I have a meeting at the house with an electrician. Updates shall continue as I have some to give.
