I wanted to put up a permanent Welcome Mat to my blog.
I am sincerely glad you stopped by for a visit.
I blog because I enjoy writing down things. I find it mildly theraputic and helps me get through my day and keeps me sane. I also enjoy the outside comment or two, or more! So please do comment.
I will not make a promise that you will find the Wisdom of Solomon on these pages, but perhaps you will find some life, humour and joy.

Hello Birdy! I saw a response of yours at appliejuice’s blog and wondered if your real name was Robin because of ‘Birdy’. I see that it is Roberta.
My name is Robin. Tee hee hee. Bird lady here, too. Do you enjoy birding, by any chance? We, my daughters and I, love birding. I had some pictures up on my blog but decluttered yesterday and took them down. I declutter every few months and take all the old photos/entries down. But, I did post some photos of some flowers and Nashville sights today.

my kids and I are getting into birding, but we are very basic bird’ers… “chicken, duck, swan, etc

My brother’s couldn’t say Roberta, so they called me “Baa” which changed into “Berd” which went to “Birdy.”
